Head of Operations
Shaqib currently holds the role of Head of Operations at My Foster Family. He is responsible for engaging with our partners at an operational level and ensuring our internal and external processes are fit for purpose. He leads, manages and oversees the day to day workings at My Foster Family and works closely with the rest of the team to ensure that we are providing an effective service for the sector. He also works closely with our CEO to ensure that strategy and policy are properly interpreted into action and service delivery.
